Mango and coconut are two foods that can intensify yours high. And together they are beautiful. Finding a good ripe mango can be difficult, like finding a ripe avocado, but persevere, both are worth the effort.
What you need:
1 ½ cup of coconut milk
1 mango, peeled and without stone
1 small banana frozen, peeled and sliced
1 cup melon, peeled and cut into pieces
2 tablespoons agave or honey
2 teaspoons cane oil
Combine all ingredients in a blender and grind. Divide between the two glasses.
