HF72 – LEVEL 3 OVERRUN: Overflow of level 3 of the user code.

The user interface code (control PCB microprocessor) runs at different priority levels and each task has a set time to complete its tasks. If for some reason the code is unable to complete its task within the allotted time, it will fire HF70, HF71 or HF72.

HF73 – DSPCOMMS: Communications between processor and DSP do not work

The two microprocessors talk to each other via 2-cable RS485 serial communications. If this internal serial communication link fails, the unit will activate the HF73.

HF83 – ELECTRICAL BOARD CODE: Incorrect electrical board code.

The DSP reads the power PCB voltage to determine the correct amount of kW. If this voltage is different from the expected value, the drive will trip HF83.

HF98 -INTCRASH: User code interrupt error.

While the user code is running, it is continuously checking that the data it receives is valid and that the addresses are valid, and so on. If it detects a problem, it will fire one of the 6 codes above: HF88, HF90, HF91, HF92, HF96 or HF98.
