Nearly half of front-line health workers had not been vaccinated in early March, according to a recent survey. Twelve percent of respondents had not decided whether to get vaccinated and 18% said they do not plan to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.

The legality of requiring a vaccine with an authorized vaccine for emergency use, rather than full approval, it is not clear.
