  1. Prep – Lime juice. Save yourself some time with this little manual hand squeezer, or buy one juice attachment for your support mixer!

QUICK TIP: I found this mix to fit perfectly in a 32 ounce storage jar, with a little leftover. So you will end up with about 5-6 cups of margarita mixture. Depending on the mix / tequila ratio, this serves MANY daisies.

Tips for the BEST Daisies

  • To get the most juice out of each lime, let them reach room temperature and roll them on a hard surface before cutting them in half and squeezing them.
  • No need to boil the mixture of sugar and water (simple syrup). Just heat it so that the sugar dissolves when you stir it.
  • If you are sensitive to the very juicy taste of lime juice, you can add up to one more cup of water to make the mixture less acidic.
