Dining rooms at restaurants will be reduced to two per group for those who are not vaccinated, authorities announced at a news conference on Friday, July 16th.
Only those who are fully vaccinated can continue to dine in groups of five, said Singapore co-chair of the multi-ministerial working group Gan Kim Yong.
The latest measures come amid a “major setback” due to the Covid-19 KTV cluster.
The measures will run from July 19 to August 8.
A person is considered to be fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech / Comirnaty or Modern vaccines, the Ministry of Health (MOH) said in a separate press release.
