Care management platform, Log my Care, has been accredited supplier on the NHS ‘Assured Supplier List.
The company was accredited by NHSX (which is now known as the NHS Transformation Directorate) and means Log my Care can now be featured as a recommended digital care management platform.
Log my Care has an online dashboards for managers (where they can have a real-time overview of what’s happening across their service) as well as an app which allows carers to record the care they deliver on the go.
To make it on the list, Log my Care has been thoroughly assessed against a set of requirements and capabilities that are matched to the priorities and functionalities that carers and care managers need. This includes standards on data and cybersecurity, person-centered care planning, resilience and data sharing with other systems.

Back in December last year Digital Health covered the aim of the Adult Social Care Reform White Paper to have at least 80 percent of social care providers using digitized care records by March 2024.
The paper is part of the government’s wider social care plans and includes billions in funding to help improve the digital and technological infrastructure of care homes. At least £ 150m was earmarked to support the wide-spread use of digital care records, along with improving care quality, and using new technology to support independent living.
It states: “By March 2024, we will ensure that at least 80% of social care providers have a digitized care record in place that can connect to a shared care record – a commitment that was set out in the draft Data saves lives: reshaping health and social care with data strategy.
“To support care providers in adopting proven technologies that can transform quality of care and safety, we will fund implementation support within each integrated care system and invest in the infrastructure and skills required for the future.”
This drive for digitization within the social care sector is to ensure that the industry reaches the same level of digital transformation as being seen in the NHS, to ensure seamless care for individuals. Log my Care focuses on person-centered technology and is able to support the dynamic purchasing system’s goal of increasing uptake in technology within the social care sector.
