What is Gochujang Mayo and why would you want to do it?

I did harissa, sriracha, i chipotle mayo for a variety of different dishes. This gochujang mayo is delicious and could be my new favorite. Like the gochujang pasta it’s made from, it’s a little sweet and has a small cup of heat.
If I already have gochujang done in the fridge, I can make gochujang mayo in less than 5 minutes. I just beat regular mayonnaise with a couple of tablespoons of gochujang and a little lime juice.
Ways to use Gochujang Mayo

I really can’t tell you how excited I am about gochujang and the different ways to use it. Hopefully, this May recipe will inspire you to try making pasta. There will be more Korean recipes soon
