The practice of eating about 80 percent.
Eating up to 80 percent full means you stop eating when you are not more satisfied. I’m not hungry yet, but neither stuffed nor even full. It’s about feeling happy, with a little space left.
Why do we like this weight loss practice so much?
You’ll still be satisfied with meals, but over time, you’ll probably end up having a caloric deficit.

What happens is that sometimes putting a number on the fullness level baffles people. They want to get it right. They are afraid of being overtaken.
“But how do I know when I’m 80 percent full ?! I have no stomach indicator! ”
Well, a couple of things:
First, learning to pay attention to how your body feels, so that you can assess your level of fullness, requires practice.
Second, the exact the number doesn’t matter so much.
The most important of this habit is the action of slowing down, paying attention to the indications of hunger and eating a little less than you are used to.
