Australian fashion retailer TEMT announced on Monday (May 17th) that it will “go out of business” in mid-June 2021.
He did not specify the reasons for the closure, but said his Paya Lebar establishment is holding a sale with “big discounts” as of yesterday and urged customers to take advantage of those savings.
Over the past eight years of operation in Singapore, it has closed several outlets, including VivoCity, Somerset, Westgate, Bugis + and Junction 8.
Now there are only two outlets here in the Paya Lebar district and Jurong Point.
TEMT is part of Fast Future Brands, which is a retail company that owns fashion brands such as TEMT and Valleygirl. According to the company LinkedIn page, has experienced rapid growth since opening its first store in 1996.
At the end of 2010, it owned 73 TEMT stores and 75 Valleygirl stores. TEMT, in particular, is known for its fast and affordable but fashionable women’s clothing.
