DIY homemade vitamin C serum recipe

I live in Okanagan and find that Nature’s Fare sells pure hyaluronic acid serum (Episilk), in a darkened 30ml bottle. It’s quite expensive at $ 74.99 plus taxes, but the good news is that a little goes a long way. I use a vitamin C serum (Viva Bio Brightening) in a 25 ml dark bottle for $ 34.99. Again, a little goes a long way.

Vitamin C serum also contains sunflower seed oil, coconut oil, argan oil, cold pressed sweet almond oil, avocado oil, vitamin E, rosehip oil, evening primrose oil , Planifilia vanilla oil, lavender angustifilia oil, Angelica Dahurica, tangerine oil.

Shake the bottle well and apply a PRIMA layer to the desired areas. Use on a clean face. Open the pores by putting on a warm so you can tolerate the facial mantle for 1-2 minutes. I exfoliate every 2nd day as it is said that every day is too much.

Let the Vit C serum dry for a couple of minutes (absorption of the skin) and follow up by making hyaluronic acid serum (do not overuse it). I am an elderly woman (over 50 years old) and I have just started this regimen, so I cannot state any results so far. But I can say that my skin (after only 4 days) is already softer and I have seen some imperfections reduced.

I have to say that after exfoliating, I use ACV (apple cider vinegar) mixed with equal part of distilled or filtered water as toner and after a couple of minutes I use the “warm coat,” so I apply the serums to a clean face.

Coconut oil, castor oil and vitamin E are used for eyelashes and eyebrows. Sweet almond oil for glasses / bags under the eyes. I drink a lot of water a day, I cut sugar, breads, sweets, processed food and I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Exercise is also incorporated into my lifestyle.

The sooner you start living, the better! Thumbs up to wellness mama … keep up the work! I only found this site because I was wondering if I could save money by making my own serums. ; )))

The reason I mentioned diet and exercise (as well as proper proper sleep) is because the outside will definitely reflect what’s going on inside. I hope this helps someone. God bless them!
