Thanks to the pandemic, online therapy has become very popular. This practice is not only socially distant, but is also a convenient and viable option for a large percentage of people.
One of the main limitations of teletherapy is privacy. Teletherapy creates a number of problems in the form of roommates, parents, children, and spouses. The idea of accidentally hearing therapy sessions is terrible.

Talk to the people you live with

Incorporate text therapy

Talk to your therapist in advance to see if they agree with you and give it a try. If this is too much for you, create code names for the people you’re talking about so you can express yourself and get it all out of your chest.
Sit in the car
If you have a car, you have already won half the battle. This environment is quiet and gives you total privacy. It’s also nice to leave home and go to a different environment for your therapy, even if it’s your car.
Go for a walk
If your home is crowded and you don’t have a car where you can have privacy, take a walk. This is a good opportunity to move around a bit and sort out your thoughts while doing the therapy session. Try to go to a place where there are not many people and where you can have the best fun, while also focusing on the task you are carrying out.
